Order Policy
3–7 day processing time
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
Final payment must be made 1 weeks before the event date.
Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.
Changes to orders must be requested as soon as possible and may not be guaranteed depending on preparation status.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of items, all sales are final.
Deposits are non-refundable once order preparation has begun.
